Exchanges: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange items in like-new condition, free of visible wear and tear. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error or covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to:

  • Damage caused by accidents
  • Improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color and material breakdown due to sun exposure
  • After-market modifications
  • Products exposed to water (no returns/exchanges accepted)

DAMAGED ITEMS / LOW QUALITY: For a swift resolution, please provide photographs showing the damage or poor quality. Optimal images should be taken on a flat surface, clearly displaying the tag and issue.

This information will help us address your concerns and prevent future errors.

CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS: Our return policy does not apply to custom-made items, which are created based on individual customer specifications and have no resale value. We do not accept returns unless items are damaged. Please report any issues within 30 days of receiving your custom products by emailing [email protected], including photos and proof of purchase.

If you find that the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund under the following circumstances:

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You are dissatisfied with your order and contact us within 30 days of purchase; a full refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned items.
  • The product is completely non-functional.
  • You did not receive your product within 60 business days or 90 business days for South America.

Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.
